Made of limestone, which apparently connects India with Sri Lanka is believed to be formed by Lord Rama with the help of his vanarasena.  Adam’s Bridge was constructed to reach Lanka, where the demon king Ravana kidnapped & held Lord Rama’s wife Sita. As per Hindu mythology, it is said that after being appealed by Vibhishana, brother of Ravana, Lord Rama destroyed one end of Ram Sethu with his bow respectively. Thus after this incident the place has been rightfully called as Dhanushkodi, where Dhanush means bow and Kodi means end.
  • Phawngpui-  Located at  2157m above sea level,  the Blue Mountain of Mizoram, is a highly well-regarded mountain peak in this pricely & beautiful state Also known to be the abode of the gods, it is one of  the utmost mountain peak in Mizoram.
